Description

Make every Colorado moment special 🏔 This rad four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is ready for your excursions FEATURES Lots of space for up to five adults and plenty of luggage and/or gear. The black cloth interior is simple yet comfortable - features like power locks, power mirrors, full carpet, auto-dimming rearview mirror This Jeep has special touches you won't see in typical rentals - awesome American-made JW Speaker LED lighting both front and rear, WeatherTech mats throughout, an Alpine touchscreen entertainment system for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, and a very helpful backup camera The hard-shell Freedom Top keeps the ride quiet and the front panels are removable for ultimate Jeep fun. BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires deliver nimble handling, awesome traction, and plenty of ground clearance for confident driving LOGISTICS Typically I offer pickup in just two places now, my home and Denver International Airport. I'm 100% contactless - the key will be safely locked for you to retrieve at pickup. I will send you directions after booking Your health and safety matter a lot to me; in addition to a good cleaning and disinfecting before your pickup, I will also provide disinfecting wipes for you Return is the reverse of pickup - leave the Jeep roughly where you found it, check out with Turo, lock everything up, check out, send me a message, and you're off PETS Please ask before booking if you plan on bringing your pet(s) for the adventure. Some restrictions may apply. Normally it's no problem SATISFACTION GUARANTEED Turo isn't just about a car... it's an experience! I am so grateful you're trusting me with your vacation. Quality R&R is precious and serious business. I can assure you I will be available throughout your rental if anything comes up. If it's wrong... we'll make it right. Reach out anytime during your rental. And because the sharing economy is so aligned with trust and reputation, I would love it if you could leave a rating and brief review after your trip... it means a lot!

Guidelines

* Renter agrees to adhere to local law and US Forest Service guidance and respect private property rights when it comes to accessing roads * No extreme off-roading (defined as trails well-known to be "intermediate" or "advanced") * Towing is prohibited without prior permission. This is to keep you and the Jeep safe * No smoking or vaping inside, please. You will be charged a cleaning fee * Skip the car wash! I'll handle washing the outside. Please keep the interior reasonably clean * Smile often, make memories, and have the experience of a lifetime

Faqs

  • May I remove the top?

Yup yup! The Jeep has a "Freedom Top." You may remove the front section only (above the driver and front passenger) which basically creates a very fun sunroof. Store the front top pieces in the rear cargo area, and use the fleece blanket I provide to wrap one so they don't scratch please

  • How do toll roads and express lanes in Colorado work with this rental?

The Jeep has an ExpressToll tag in the windshield which allows you to take toll roads or express lanes with no worries. After your ride I'll send a reimbursement invoice through Turo for any tolls that arise during your rental. There are no extra fees, same price as if it's your own car. But please note: SOME of the "express lanes" in Colorado are free of charge with 3 or more people in the Jeep AND if you switch the toll tag to the red "HOV" position. But not all. The I-70 mountain express lane is never free... read the signs carefully

  • May I go off-road?

You may drive on unpaved roads and trails where access is public or you have explicit permission. It's a Jeep after all! However, it is NOT outfitted for the most challenging trails, and extreme off-roading is *not* permitted, for both the safety of YOU first and foremost, and also the Jeep. While we want you to have fun, extreme conditions could cause you to get stuck or injured, and we don't want your Colorado adventures to be ruined by either of those things! (This is obvious, but worth stating: normal roadside assistance will not bail you out in the woods.) If you're unsure of where to go, or have questions about off-roading in Colorado, please ask! It's something I love to talk about. I can give you suggestions about trails, amazing day drives, places to visit, our beautiful State Park system, the National Forests, you name it

  • May I travel out of state?

Absolutely. Utah, Wyoming, and New Mexico are all amazing places to explore. If you have time, check out Moab

  • How does the 4-wheel-drive work?

Jeep Wranglers have part-time 4WD systems, which means you have to engage 4WD to get the benefit of all-wheel traction. It is not a full-time system, like those found in Audis and Subarus The smaller shift knob to the left of the gear shifter in the center console is where to engage/disengage 4WD. There are four settings - 2-wheel-drive, 4H, neutral, and 4L There are two modes of four-wheel driving - 4 high or "4H" and 4 low or "4L." When we talk about "4-wheel-drive" we are normally talking about 4H. 4L produces a ton of torque and is only for getting unstuck 4H is only for situations where traction is slippery - dirt, sand, snow/ice, etc. Do not use 4H on dry, paved roads; it puts stress on the drivetrain. While you're driving slowly (under 20mph; slower is better) pull on the knob firmly until you feel the rear axle engage and the "4WD" light shows up on the dash. If you hear grinding, please stop. 4L is only used if you are stuck, or in deep mud, or in a place where you need the traction. From a slow roll (under 5mph), pull on the knob to put the Jeep in Neutral and once more again (look at the knob for how you need to move it) to engage in 4L. You will absolutely feel the difference. Once you are unstuck, from a slow roll, shift back to 4H, or fully out of 4-wheel-drive. If you have any questions about 4WD please ask. Be safe!

  • Why are you expensive relative to other Denver Wranglers on Turo?

My philosophy is to maximize a high-quality experience and total value, not nickel-and-dime folks! I don't charge for mileage. I offer convenient and safe at-airport delivery and pickup at no extra charge. I have a fancy car-wash subscription so you need not worry about finding a car wash on your way back Apart from gas, tolls and damage (which we both hope never occurs), there are no extra fees or gotchas. Add the refueling option and it's one less thing to worry about. I'll treat you as I enjoy being treated when I travel. I do closely track other Wranglers in the marketplace to make sure mine is fairly priced. My Jeep may not be for everyone, and that's okay, but I want you to focus on fun, at a predictable cost to you!

Brian couldn’t have been better! Organized, coordinated, and thorough. Wish we would have actually had a chance to drive the Jeep more (it sat in Valet at hotel for the trip) but made our drive out of Denver to a wedding great! Will definitely seek Brian out again when we get back to Denver!

Brian's response

Thanks Brooke! It would be an honor to host y’all again when you have more time to explore 🏔
