Guidelines
No smoking. Pets welcome, but no walking on the leather seats. Please return the car clean (no pet hair, no stains, no lingering odors). Extra charges will apply if car is not returned clean and odor free. See FAQ's. The car has an excellent sound system, but please don't play the music at its highest level of volume. I love to listen to music and would love to have my speakers working for as long as I enjoy this beautiful car. 7 passengers (including driver) maximum. Everyone should be safe and there are only 7 seatbelts. Please return the car with a full tank of gas (as you will receive it full). Driving outside of Colorado is only permitted with my written consent. Otherwise, driving outside of Colorado is NOT permitted. NO OFF ROAD DRIVING.
Faqs
Do I have to wash the car?
Please return it the same way you received it, especially on the inside. See the Extras to find out how to return the car without the hassle of going through a carwash and vacuuming. However, if there is any excessive cleaning on the inside (e.g. animal hair, food stains, liquid stains, mud, sand) or to shampoo the seats or mats, there may be an extra charge by Turo.
Is the toll pass included?
Sure. Express toll, enabled as a toll pass and HOV lanes, is included and already installed. Its on me up to $5, which is enough for common travel. Any charges over $5 will generate a "request for reimbursement" once we review the express toll statement and it is payable via the Turo app. Instructions on how to use the pass will be provided when you pick up the car.
Oops, I got a parking ticket!
Parking tickets are to be paid by you directly upon receiving one. If you fail to pay the parking ticket, you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, plus a $25 admin fee charged directly by Turo.
