Thank you for your booking and adhering to the following guidelines while renting. Here are the guidelines below: 👉👉Please take care of the car like your own vehicle. If you do so, then you automatically meet my all requirements and guidelines! 👉SMOKE FREE: To maintain a clean and courteous experience for all the guests smoking is NOT allowed in the vehicle. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $200 reconditioning fee. 👉PET RULE: If pets are accompanying you in your trip, please ensure the car is clean, free of pet hair at the time of return. There will be a $100 fee for detailing if the car is returned with pet hair etc. 👉Cleaning: The vehicle is provided washed and vacuumed. **Please avoid foods and drinks inside the vehicle to avoid odors and stains.** I always sanitize and disinfect the car entirely by professional service providers due to virus outbreak (see below for more details about disinfecting and sanitizing). Please ensure the car is returned nice and clean to an acceptable level. Other cleaning fees per Turo terms and policies will be charged if the car comes with mess. 👉Toll Tag: For guests' convenience, my vehicle is equipped with toll tag that provides the guests with discounted toll rates around Dallas metroplex on toll roads. I will bill you the incurred tolls and city charges (if any) after the trip with $5 processing fee. 👉Fuel Level: The car will be provided with a full tank of premium gasoline. Please bring it back at the same level with same premium grade gasoline. 👉In case of late return over half an hour, the general Turo late fee can be applied. Please visit Turo site for details. In case of emergency situation, feel free to inform host and that may provide some additional time at no cost. 👉👉 Due to COVID19, I may request for a DISINFECTING & SANITIZING FEE of $10.00-15.00 (Depends on service provider, pricing and availability until this virus outbreak stays) after entire trip. I always disinfect and sanitize the car by professional service providers before and after every trip. This ensures your possible health safety.     Due to COVID19, I always disinfect and sanitize the car by professional service providers before and after every trip. I may request for a small fee of $10.00-15.00 (Depends on service provider, pricing and availability) after entire trip.This ensures your possible health safety. The car stays disinfected and sanitized to hospital grade for using professional service providers.

  • What is late fee?

    In case of late return over half an hour, the general Turo late fee can be applied. Please visit Turo site for details. In case of emergency situation, feel free to inform host and that may provide some additional time at no cost.

  • What should I do in case of unexpected events?

    In case of accident, collision or damages; Please call the police, report the event and get a police report. Take some pictures of the damages, events and also the police report. Upload all photos via Turo app. In case of emergency roadside assistance, please use Turo service by contacting them.

  • Food and drink inside the vehicle is discouraged. Why?

    Please avoid foods and drinks inside the vehicle to avoid odors and stains.
