I’m torn on the star rating but I’ll give it a 4.

Negatives:
-4cyl engine with big tires =little power. Being in the hills, this jeep struggles to get up the steep hills. Trying to merge or speed up on the freeways was frustrating. It felt like it was red lining every time i stepped on the gas.

-Steering this above 50 mph was challenging. It has loose steering and not easy to maintain a straight line. When the winds are high… good luck! (Most annoying part of the trip)

-EVERY bump you hit, you feel it and it’s quite uncomfortable considering the crap roads in this city. Not to mention everything on the inside rattles horribly.

-10 ply mud terrain tires are too much for this Jeep. I dropped the tire pressure down 5 psi just to try to make it a smoother ride and it helped.

-Stereo is horrible and definitely needs an upgrade.

-the exhaust system needs to be put back to stock. It sounds horrible with the 4 cyl and it’s loud when your on the gas.

Positives:
Good gas mileage
Very clean
Everything worked correctly
Looks good
Nitin is a good owner and caring.
Turns extremely well
Easy maneuvering

Overall… I fully expected a rough ride because I wanted an off road Jeep for me and my kids on our vacation. They loved riding in it mostly but I hated driving it outside the city. It was a nice vehicle but just be prepared for a few of the downsides. I gave it a 4 because the positives outweighed the negatives just from an enjoyment standpoint.

Please don’t let this review prevent you from renting this vehicle for a good time.
