This is my brand new 2021 . FULLY LOADED. NISSAN ROGUE great on. gas mileage. This will not disappoint you. Detailed and sanitized. I take safety very serious therefore all my vehicles interior and cleaned and sanitized between every trip. Drive with confidence. No worries at all. Absolutely NO SMOKING / Vaping in the car Please treat it as if it was you own vehicle . Vehicle should be return in the same condition as it was given . otherwise you will be charge up to $35 for cleaning fees . My job is to ensure you have a great experience while renting any of my cars . Very easy going and super friendly. Feel free to text me should you have a special request and will try to accommodate. Please check out my other vehicles . If there is a special car you would like to rent from a mid class to a super luxury car, text me and we will have it . IMPORTANT ________________ -kindly notice there is no SMOKING/VAPING allowed in the car. Smoke removal fees will apply up to $250. if smell is detected upon return. -please leave gas receipt after everytrip. -we will give you the car sparkling clean ,we expected to be returned as it was given to you. After picking up the car and driving (4) hours to our destination, we realized our tire had a huge bulge. The beginning of the bulge and obvious damage to the wheel can be seen in the before pictures, proving that the host put us in a potentially life-threatening situation. We spent many hours dealing with Turo, meeting with the tow truck, researching repair options, borrowing friends cars to get the car back and forth to the dealer and waiting for repairs, etc. It was a huge hassle to get the host to take responsibility and we were never compensated for a lost day of use of the car or the cost of mileage driving back and forth for repairs. Then, immediately after we gave the car back, he threatened to fine us $150 for violating the cleaning agreement. Luckily, Turo denied his report as it was obvious he was trying to get compensation for the tire he had to pay for out of pocket. This is definitely a host to stay away from.

Chris .I apologize you experienced this on your trip. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and perceptions. However. As you can see from all my cars and reviews . I hold a 5.0 rating on turo. For the record . I was not aware that my 2021 rogue you rented had a bulge on a tire as this car only has less than 4500 miles. And only 10 trips. TURO ITSELF SENT ME AN EMAIL STATING YOU NEEDED TO PAY FOR THE TIRE.yet I tried to help the situation and paid it. Also offer you another car and refused it.
