To ensure a smooth transition and avoid a no-show fee, please upload the following mandatory items to “trip photos” before picking up the car and within 4 hours of the trip start: 1. A photo of your drivers license. 2. A photo of yourself holding your license. To receive the car key, please make sure your driver license information matches with the information provided on the app (such as name and date of birth). ***Professionally sanitized and cleaned after every trip. An iPASS is also included for tolls roads. If used, actual tolls charges will be submitted through Turo for reimbursement after the trip. If you don’t opt for pre-paid fuel, fuel charges will also be submitted to Turo for reimbursement after the trip. Running late - extend your reservation accordingly. Per Turo policy it is better/cheaper for you to extend then paying late fees. CLEAN UP: I make all the efforts to provide you the cleanest condition possible. In case cleaniness is not up to your expectation, please let me know, and I will resolve it.

Ria was kind and on it, but we ran into an issue when picking up the car. At pick up we were not able to get into the car. It took about 45 minutes before Ria answered and we were able to get in the car. We were on a tight deadline so it was stressful and we were trying to figure out alternative options. Given previous reviews, it doesn’t seem like that happens a lot but that’s the only reason we are giving this experience not 5 stars.
