Owner took very well. Good care of the car was very understanding. When issue arise with return and pick up and or pick up great customer service.We'll rent again when I come back in town

We always strive to do the very best for our customers and have cars clean and ready to go. I believe the majority of our reviews reflect that. This guest was able to find a small amount of food remnants underneath the backseat. I do believe the rest of the car was pretty clean that one spot was missed. I did apologize and offer to swap the guest into another one of our vehicles and the guest refused.
