The vehicle had a heavy cigarette smoke smell, which bothered my allergies. The quality of the car was okay. I was disappointed with the cost considering my previous reservation was canceled and cost the same, which was a BMW SUV. The host was great about apologizing for my experience not being the best and offered me a discount.
