Guidelines

Please bring the car back in the same condition you received it in, clean and full of gas. :-) NO SMOKING of any substance allowed in the vehicle. Charges will be applied if there are odors or traces of smoking inside. Any lingering smoke, marijuana, or smells will be reported to Turo and up to a $250 cleaning charge will be assessed. PLEASE NO PETS unless prior approval has been granted by the host. If approved, an extra pet fee of $100 will be added to cover any post trip cleaning. If prior approval for pets WAS NOT received and any type of pet hair or smell is detected a $200 post trip cleaning fee will be assessed. NO OFF-ROADING - Please do not off road in our vehicles. They are luxury SUV’s meant for normal driving purposes. TOLL ROADS - If you use toll roads and assess more than $10 worth of toll charges you will be billed later. FUEL - Please bring the vehicle back on a full tank or consider adding a prepaid tank of gas so your drop-off is even easier! LATE PICKUP/RETURN: Sometimes the vehicle is booked shortly before or after your trip. Please help us out by doing the following: If you will be late picking up or returning the vehicle, advanced notification is required. If you fail to notify us at least 45 minutes before drop off, additional fees will apply. OUT OF STATE TRAVEL - If you plan to take the vehicle outside of the state of Texas, please let us know that at the time of booking and let us know what state you plan to drive to. Do not drive out of state without first notifying us. Also, make sure the included mileage is enough for your round trip to that state. CLEANING: Do not use any substance other than water to wipe off seats. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100 assessed if there is excessive sand or mud or any other hard to clean substance left behind in the vehicle. Consider adding the pre-paid cleaning fee for basic cleaning so your drop off is even easier! Basically have fun and treat the vehicle they way you would want someone to treat yours.   • How will you deliver the vehicle to me if I am flying into DFW or DAL?

    We primarily do contactless delivery to the airports. This means that we will deliver the vehicle to the applicable airport sometime prior to your flight landing and upon verification of your ID, we will let you know the exact location of the vehicle and how to access it. That way there is no rush for you to get to the vehicle after you land. You are free to take your time, get your luggage, and get to the vehicle when you are ready.

  • Turo has already verified my ID. Why do you need me to send it to you again?

    According to Turo's customer policy and our own business policy, it will be required for you to send us a copy of your driver's license prior to us releasing the vehicle location and access instructions to you. We know that it is kind of uncomfortable to hand over a portion of your personal information to a stranger. But understand, it is just as uncomfortable for us to hand over our $40,000 vehicles to a stranger as well. We follow the TURO customer privacy policy and will not retain your information for any reason after your trip is complete and the vehicle is returned. If you disagree with this policy then our best recommendation is to find a different host or find a TURO GO vehicle that doesn't require the second round of verification.

  • Is there any flexibility with extra mileage?

    A minimal amount of extra mileage will be considered on a case by case basis. If you feel that you are going to exceed the included mileage by a lot, then we suggest adding on the unlimited mileage extra so that you can have a worry free trip.

  • If I am flying into DAL or DFW , how far will I have to go to get to the vehicle?

    Both DAL and DFW have parking structures located directly across from the terminal. You will simply walk to the parking structure that we indicate when we send you the location details. For DFW airport, as long as you send us your full flight details in advance, we will park the vehicle as close to your arrival gate as possible.

  • How will I return the vehicle to you?

    We will send you specific return instructions prior to the end of your trip. However here are the basics: For DFW Airport return, you will find the parking structure across from your departure gate, leave the vehicle in the 1 or 2 hour parking (if available), and send us photos of where you left it.*** For DAL Airport return, you will park in parking structure A,B, or C, wherever parking is available then send us photos and details of where you parked it. *** For home delivery you will return the vehicle to the same place you picked it up from. ***Under no circumstances should you ever park, or abandon the vehicle directly in front of the airport terminal. If the vehicle gets towed or ticketed because of this, those charges will be passed on to you.

Trip was amazing. There was a group of 7 of us. The fit was just a little tight in the third row but i mean it is a third row. Great on gas. We filled up once for about $50 and put an additional $20 in. The host were great. They communicated every step of the way. Pick up and drop off was very easy. I do recommend‼️
