First, Chris was great to deal with. He was always very quick to respond to any inquiries. Pick up and drop off went great, likely faster and easier than a normal rental. Here’s the not so good. It’s a jacked up 9 year old Jeep so I expected a few rattles and rough ride, but there were more rattles and rougher than expected. Two big negatives ( hence the 3 stars) were we picked it up and it only had an eighth tank of gas ! ! Lastly, the windshield is heavily tinted with a strip about 5 inches from the top. I’m 6 feet tall so my line of sight was right at the line between heavily tinted and not feeling like I was looking through bifocals all the time. My wife, who’s about 5-3, wasn’t bothered but very annoying for me so if you’re in that height range I wouldn’t recommend this Jeep.

Jeep is great! Great for our family of 4, plus a car seat. We really enjoyed this trip to watch some baseball. Would rent from Chris again for sure. Having the vehicle at the airport is a huge plus!!
