Couldn't have been easier. Picked up and dropped off from residence, spare charger was in trunk, adapter was in there for use at my hotel for EV charging. Host offered me some pointers as a first time Tesla driver. Would definitely use again.

5 minute drive from Port Canaveral and perfect for a cruise stop in Florida. Lauren and her husband were very friendly and the car was well prepared, clean, and on a full tank of fuel.
