This is my first time to rent car via Turo as I always rent through car rental companies.
Only difficulty was trying to find street parking to drop it off on a fully packed residential street early in the morning.
No problems @ all very responsive & if I visit again I most definitely will rent from her again.
Clare was amazingly helpful in meeting us with the car in Cambridge and super kind throughout.
He was also very flexible and understanding when I needed to adjust my pick-up time due to multiple flight delays.
Charvak was awesome and most helpful in getting us squared away after a near-disaster with one of the sorry major rental car companies that left us in a lurch.
I’ve rented several Turos over the years and this was the best experience and rental to date.
Sometimes business travel plans change outside of our control, and it is very important that we work together, such as adding a day to the reservation when needed (and if possible). 5 stars!!!!!
It was perfect for an overnight trip, and it was partially charged so it didn’t even use much gas.

Great car for winter or summer and good fun. Top comes off pretty easily. If you decide to take off the entire top you’ll need a safe place to it.
