Before you arrive I will coordinate where the keys are left if I cannot meet you at my home. AIRPORT PICKUP: Airport pick up and drop off is certainly available, however please read the following: Due to ongoing negotiations with TURO and US airports (including SLC international) TURO is not able to operate at passenger pickup and dropoff lanes as other entities like Uber/Lyft etc are able to. That said, in order to not subject ourselves to a $500 citation and fine (which they are giving out), I will NOT and CANNOT meet you curbside at passenger pickup or dropoff for delivery and return. Also, due to covid-19, I cannot meet you in the covered parking garage or at passenger pickup outside the terminal either. Airport pickup and drop off will consist of me meeting you or leaving the vehicle in the long term Economy Parking lot. - If I am not able to meet you personally due late/early hours etc, I will have the vehicle already dropped off for you at the Economy Parking lot which is a short 3 min bus ride from the terminals. - When returning the vehicle under these circumstances you would also leave the vehicle in the Economy Parking and I will pick it up later. Please leave the Parking ticket stub on the dash and I will pay the fee. (if the ticket stub is not left, I will need to charge you $35 for the daily fee to get it out). Long Term/Economy Parking is just a couple minutes from the terminal and offers a quick shuttle bus ride dropping off at your terminal. **SMOKING** Smoking/vaping in this car (yes even with the windows rolled down) is absolutely not allowed. You will be charged $300 if you have smoked/vaped in the car, as advised by Turo Corp we have a two step verification process, so please do not smoke in my car. CLEANING $20 if not reasonably clean or how you received the car. I get the last thing you wanna do is clean it or stop somewhere and vacuum it. I won’t be a stickler about that. Just quickly clean up after yourself before we meet. Doesn’t have to be perfect, or just leave it as is if you don’t have time and if it’s a bit of a mess, for $20 I’ll clean it all up for you :) FUEL Should be returned as full as when received which is almost always full unless documented. This is a 20 gal tank so it costs $60 to fill it. As such, $30 will be charged if not full over 1/2 full, $60 will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less than a 1/2 tank full. TICKETS Parking tickets: $20 fee in addition to the ticket cost if I need to pay toll or parking ticket for you. ***INSURANCE INFORMATION*** In order to rent from me, please ensure your personal car insurance covers car rentals. Coverage for every renter is available from Turo. Turo Provides liability insurance in your rental fee but does offer additional coverage for an extra fee.
