  • Before the trip

    To confirm, this will be a remote delivery and the car will be with a valet at a hotel immediate next to the airport (50 feet and just 0.5 miles away from the terminals) If you are local to Boston and/or picking up the car locally, please let me know so I can send those instructions and information to you. If you are flying in to Logan please message me in the app your flight details (airline, number and arrival time) so that I can track the flight and make sure the car is ready for you. When you grab your bags you can call a free, on-demand Hotel shuttle to take you the 3/4th of a mile to the valet where the car will be waiting for you.   Turo (and most states laws) requires that the trips primary driver provide their license for verification before every trip. This final verification occurs at most twenty four hours before your trip is scheduled to start. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, please make sure that you have taken three pictures of your license and upload them to the trip photos in the trip details section of your trip in the dashboard of the app as follows: One picture of the front of your license One picutre of the back of your license One close up picture of you holding your license next to face. To upload these photos in the App, please go to the dashboard to your trip details and click on trip photos or “add” Once verified (within twenty four hours or less of your trip) you will be cleared to retrieve the car and receive the final retrieval details. Delays in uploading these photos can delay the start of your trip.     LOCALS DIRECTIONS TO EMBASSY SUITES LOGAN WALKING/UBER/LYFT directions: If you are not arriving by plane and are picking up locally, the car will be parked with the Embassy Suites Hotel valet just a 5 minute walk from the Airport MBTA Subway stop and only 10 minutes from downtown Boston via uber/lyft. Navigate to 207 Porter Street Boston only if you are taking uber or lyft or if you are walking to the location! MBTA: You can take the MBTA BLUE LINE to the airport stop and walk 5 minutes to the hotel Using 207 Porter Street Boston, MA as the address.  You can also take the SILVER LINE SL1 to the LOGAN AIRPORT BLUE LINE stop and walk to 207 Porter Street Boston, MA DRIVING: If you are driving or being driven by family/friends (Not lyft or Uber) to pick up the car and you need to follow or be followed by this car when you pick up your booking please set your GPS to the airport first then navigate to the address: 99 Tomahawk Drive Boston, MA You’ll pass the uber lyft app ride share parking lot and the rental car building. When you get to the stop sign make a left on to porter st. The Hotel Valet for EMBASSY SUITES is on your left.   Just show the Valet your reservation and scroll to the license plate number, take full pictures of the car from every exterior side, full pictures internally and pictures of the fuel gauge and odometer.     I hope you are having a good trip. Here are the instructions on how to return the car. You are returning the car to the Embassy Suites hotel. PLEASE READ **Please do not use the embassy suites address to return the car!** To return the car, please read these return instructions as some GPS apps navigate you to the wrong location. Please use for GPS and follow the remaining instructions: 98 Tomahawk drive Boston, MA. You can also navigate into the airport and follow signs for Hotel’s and the Embassy Suites Hotel. The building will be labeled EMBASSY SUITES HOTEL.  If you are on Tomahawk drive, the embassy’s suites will be on your left. Just stop the stop sign and make a left. If you pass the UBER/LYFT staging area, when you reach the stop sign and traffic circle you will see the shuttles and the embassy suite building in front of you on your right.   Please pull up to the valet and hand them the keys. You can then take the shuttle back to the terminals or to the MBTA blue line. PLEASE NOTE!! If you navigate with some GPS apps directly to the Embassy Suites hotel using 207 porter street you’ll end up on the wrong side of the fence!! If you need to fuel, there is a gas station at the Airport. Its address is: Gulf: 100 Service Rd, Boston, MA 02128 Please refill the car with fuel to the same level you received it. TURO may charge a fee for the reimbursement of fuel if you do not refill.  You’ll also see a reimbursement for any tolls. When you arrive at the front of the hotel, just pull up, give the keys to the valet, take and upload several pictures of the entire car, all four sides of the exterior and inside of the as well as pictures of the fuel and odometer. Shuttle: You can to take the complementary shuttle to your terminal or to the Blue Line Airport MBTA Station. Cleaning: If you pre-paid for cleaning you can skip to the next section.   Please make sure the interior of the car is returned in the same cleanliness condition as you received it. If it rained/snowed just before you could get it washed no worries about washing it. If it is dirty outside, please put the car through a basic wash. If the floor mats are dirty, just quickly discard of the contents on the floor mats.  Please remove any water/beverage bottles/food wrappers and any other items brought into the car. Excessively dirty interiors and/or exterior will require a deeper clean. You will be billed based on TURO’s policy. Smoking in the car will result in a fine being charged and a review by TURO. Running Late? If you are running behind schedule, PLEASE modify your trip to your desired return time BEFORE your trip is scheduled to end to avoid additional TURO market place late/usage costs. Also, you are not covered by the TURO marketplace insurance purchased if you return past the allocated time (Yikes!!!) Turo may charge a change fee.   Thank you again for your booking!
