• Once confirmed, rental periods cannot be shortened. • Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this vehicle • Must have a valid drivers license. • No smoking in the car. If the vehicle is smoked in, The fee $500 will be applied. • No pets are allowed in the vehicle. The fee will be applied up to $500. • Each wheel scrape will result in a $250 fee. • Any parking tickets incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the driver. • Each time the car will be photographed before and after the rental. Any damage or curb rash to the wheels will incur a repair fee of $500 each. Please be careful when parallel parking. • The car has to be returned in the same condition as received. Car interior and exterior photos will be taken before and after each trip. Please drive responsibly. Any damage done to the vehicle inside/outside is renter’s responsibility. • Car Washes - Hand wash ONLY! This car should not go through the tunnel at the car wash. This may scratch the wheels in which you would be responsible for. The Best alternative will be the Post Trip Cleaning Extra! Leave the cleaning to us, it will be easier this way! • All trash and bottles must be removed from the vehicle before your trip ends. You will be subject to a $100 cleaning fee if the vehicle is left with trash everywhere. • We DO NOT allow our vehicles to be driven out of state. If you are planning on driving out of state, please do not request one of our cars. • We DO NOT allow our vehicles to be utilized for festival transportation, including but not limited to Coachella. Do we have to clean the car when returning?
No, you will have to pay for a cleaning fee and we will get the vehicle cleaned for you.
Can I extend my trip?
Yes! If you would like to extend your trip please modify your trip in the Turo app and we will approve it right away (if available). Check out some of our other cars too!
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $500 for detail and cleaning services.
Can I use this car for transport to Coachella and other festivals?
This car may not be rented as transportation to festivals, including Coachella. There is a $2500 fine for any car that is taken to Coachella without permission.
Can I drive out-of-state?
Driving out of state or country is not permitted.
Can I return my rental early?
Before sending your request to book, please take the extra time to ensure your requested trip dates are accurate. While we will gladly accommodate an extension for a longer rental period if available, we are unable to accommodate requests to shorten a rental period after confirmed. If you return the car early without approval, note that Turo policy does not allow for refunds.
