Upon arrival, 1) take a selfie in front of the car holding your license next to your face and 2) take a separate photo of the license and upload both to the app. Do this by hitting the purple (start check-in) button. I will give the lockbox code or remote unlock upon upload. Checking out: 1. Take pictures of vehicle parked and upload in trip photos 2. Remote Unlock:Leave the key in the pouch pocket with chain on the inside Lockbox: place lockbox in the window, close and lock doors, place key in lockbox and lock. 3. The only way I could get a hold of the owner when I needed help is by calling the Turo Support line cause they didn’t answer my messages. Other than that the vehicle was amazing and I would definitely recommend to everyone. Very fun to drive.

It took you practically a week to put enough money on your cashapp card to pay for the vehicle. It became redundant and we explained these weren't things we could help you with. Turo has there policy and that's that.

LOVED this rental. It actually was one of our top five favorite things about our trip. The service was amazing and they were prompt, professional and great with communication. Highly recommend this rental and if we are ever in town we will look for them again!

I had a wonderful ride in the Jeep my only issue was the check engine light was on which made me worried

The last guest forgot to tighten the gas cap which was disclosed. On return the light had already reset. It takes multiple start cycles to reset and this trip was for only 1 day.
