Was never sent a message where the car was parked and tried messaging them and they didn’t respond. We called about an hour and a half later and they sounded confused but let us know where they parked. We could’ve saved in parking fees if they would’ve messaged us letting us know where it was parked like they originally said they would. Otherwise the car was great and overall we would recommend.

So we don't tell guest where the vehicles are till they're reservation time you were there early way before your reservation started we're not allowed to let guests take vehicles earlier than what their reservation time is that's why we didn't tell you where the car was because your reservation was for a later time. And I don't think you read our directions Clearly it say you are responsible for garage fees. Sorry for any inconvenience that you had coming in early.

The SUV was perfect. It was exactly what we needed and there were no issues. Julio was very upfront with everything and any existing issues. He could be easily reached and was super easy to deal with. We even had to end our trip short and he was very accommodating in coming to pick up the car early.

Super helpful. Our first Turo booking got cancelled last minute due to the vehicle accident and Julio was amazing helping us get into a new ride.
