Bao is always a great host. He is a great communicator and his cars are always clean, in good working condition and ready on time.

Bao was such a nice host and communication was excellent! Everything from drop off to pick up was so smooth. The car itself was perfect for my family of 7. I had 4 little ones and nobody complained about space. It was very clean, ran very smooth and the gas mileage was also very satisfying. Would definitely rent again if I fly back in town.

We had an excellent trip with the Santa Fe; it was perfect for all our trip necessities. Bao was a wonderful host, quick responses and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

We rented for the first time from Turo for a 3-week vacation in the PNW. We're experiencing a heat wave right now (temps around 100 every day). The A/C in the car was acting up and then stopped working altogether, so I messaged the owner. He apologized and told me to bring it into his regular garage for an A/C recharge, but this was on Saturday so we had to sweat it out through the weekend. I called the garage first thing Monday morning, took the car in and they were able to fix the problem in an hour and bill him directly. Two days later, the A/C went out again. After getting no help from Turo customer service, I reached back out to the owner. He dropped off another vehicle for us to use while the Santa Fe was in the shop, and delivered the Santa Fe back to us once the A/C had been repaired.
Overall, the rest of the rental was smooth and I appreciated that the owner was willing to deliver another car to us.
I was expecting some kind of compensation (a free rental day?) for having to take the car to the shop while I was on vacation, and for dealing with the discomfort of not having A/C in the car for several days, but none was offered and I didn't ask. On the whole, the experience was good and definitely more affordable than renting through a traditional car rental company.
