The communication was excellent! For my first time is in this app, Edward did not fail!!! He explained everything to the T and made himself available for any questions. The car was exactly what was advertised and did exactly what we needed for…in style and comfort. You can tell there was normal wear and tear on the vehicle but overall we were more than pleased!!

The Escalade was awesome! It was the perfect size for our group and very comfortable, which is important when you’re sitting in L.A. traffic 🤣
There was a noise in the front suspension but the car was very reliable and the owner is fixing it after we dropped it off. Very responsive, and easy experience. Would highly recommend.

I feel as if this car wasn’t well maintained as the cars alignment kept pulling us. The car seats we rented were disgusting to the point we ended up buying one and put those back in afterwards. we usually rent high end cars and this was just overall disappointing. We also got there and circled the parking lot forever because there was never any clear instructions of where the car was parked as well as taking the van to the parking lot took us 45 minutes with 2 kids.

I know the new rules on Turo at LAX, sometimes can be very hard to understand, especially for us by serving alot of high end customer, we are deeply apologize for the inconvenience that bring to you. We have to follow the rules from Turo, to Park at further parking lot. Hope you understand. The car seat are being washed every single time it was been used, I know sometime can seems unlike new. We try our best. Alignment pulling slightly to the right has been fix.
