Fei is easy to communicate with, understanding and very accommodating. The car, Suburban, is very clean, stable, dependable on all kinds of roads and weather. All features are working well too with individual temperature for each row, has inverter socket to power laptop or phone charger, blue tooth ready, ample space for things storage, roomy seat space. It also have a lot of USB charging availability.
