Luxury Rental Guidelines We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards for our luxury vehicles, and we ask that you treat them with the utmost care and respect. Please read the following guidelines carefully. By renting our vehicle, you agree to follow these terms. 1. **Mileage Restrictions** Maximum allowed distance: 150 miles from Austin, TX. Any trip exceeding 150 miles must be pre-approved. Unauthorized travel outside the permitted radius may result in additional fees. 2. **Speed Limits** Maximum speed: 100 mph. Any instances of speeding over 100 mph will result in immediate termination of the rental, and potential fines or penalties. 3. **Fuel Requirements** **Premium 93 Octane Fuel Only.** Please refuel the vehicle with premium 93 octane fuel before returning it. - Leave the fuel receipt inside the vehicle. - If you are unable to refuel before returning the car, I will handle it for a **$10 service fee** plus the cost of the fuel. 4. **Smoking** No Smoking (including marijuana) Allowed. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If the car is returned with a smoke or marijuana odor, you will be responsible for all decontamination and cleaning costs. **Penalty for violation: $150.** 5. **Pets** No Pets Preferred. If you must travel with a pet, please ensure the vehicle remains clean and free of pet hair. Pets should never be left unattended in the vehicle, and owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets, including scratches on leather seats. 6. **Car Wash & Cleanliness** Hand Carwash Only. Please use hand carwash services to clean the vehicle. **Automatic car washes** can damage the vehicle’s exterior and should be avoided. - The vehicle will be cleaned before delivery to you. - Excessively dirty returns may incur a cleaning fee $150 7. **No Racing or Aggressive Driving** No Speeding, Racing, or Aggressive Driving. Please refrain from excessive acceleration, harsh braking, or "burning out" the tires. I will get a notification right away if any of this happen These actions can cause unnecessary wear and may result in additional charges for tire replacement or other damages. 8. **Travel Restrictions** No Out-of-State or International Travel. The vehicle is not permitted for use outside of Texas or in any international locations, including Mexico. Please respect these boundaries to avoid insurance issues. 9. **Off-Road & Muddy Roads** No Off-Road or Muddy Roads. The vehicle is not designed for off-road conditions. Please avoid driving on unpaved or muddy roads to prevent damage to the tires and undercarriage. 10. **Tracking & Monitoring** Tracking Devices Installed. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, manufacturer-installed systems, and aftermarket devices (including AirTags) for monitoring vehicle location, speed, and overall usage. **Speeding notifications** and other driving violations will be monitored in real-time. 11. **Violation Consequences** - Any violation of these terms, including speeding, aggressive driving, or unauthorized travel, will result in the **immediate termination of the rental**, and you may be charged additional penalties or fees. In severe cases, legal action may be taken to recover damages. Due to high performance ceramic brakes makes squeaky noise, it’s completely normal.
