Guidelines
- I am allergic to fur and future renters could be as well. Pets are only allowed in crates. Please clean up and vacuum thoroughly before returning the car. Cleaning fees of up to $150 will be charged if any pet hair/ dander is found in the vehicle. - The car will be prepped for your trip with a clean interior and exterior. Please return the car in the same condition or add the ‘Post-trip cleaning’ extra to your rental if you’re going to be running on a tight schedule. In rare cases, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you may receive the car with some dirt on the exterior. In that case, you will not be expected to wash the car at the end of your trip. Please read Turo’s policy regarding cleanliness here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/207320447-Am-I-responsible-for-cleaning-the-car-before-I-return-it. - Insurance provided by Turo only covers damages incurred on paved roads. Find out more about the different insurance packages at: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203991150-How-much-do-the-various-protection-packages-cost. Please be extra careful while driving on unpaved surfaces as you will be held liable for any and all damages. OFF ROADING IS NOT ALLOWED. - The car will be fueled up before your trip. Please return it full or add the ‘Prepaid refuel’ extra to your rental if you’re going to be running on a tight schedule. In case you receive the car with less than a full tank of gas, Please return the car with the same level of fuel at the start of your trip. - No smoking (tobacco, marijuana etc.) or vaping is allowed inside the car. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated as professional ozone decontamination will be needed. - For Airport deliveries, Please set your pick up time at least 45 minutes after your flight arrival time and drop off at least 90 minutes before your flight departure time.

Can I use my own insurance?
Turo now let's you pick an option during booking that allows you to use your own insurance. We are fine with that but PLEASE notify us if you have opted-out and send/ upload proof of coverage. We have the right to cancel your booking if insurance coverage cannot be verified before your trip starts.
Do you offer Airport Delivery?
As per operating agreement between Turo and Denver airport, we can only list two vehicles for airport delivery and curbside pick up and drop off has been prohibited. For that reason, you might not be able to select airport delivery during booking. If that’s the case, please select ‘guest location’ and we can figure out the best way to get the car delivered to you. Majority of our guests just book the car at the home location and take an uber/ lyft (about $25 fare one-way) here.

Car was great. If the weather is bad you will get charged for cleaning the car even if you did it. Bogus, left the interior better than when I got it and still got charged to clean the outside because it was snowing. When I asked about the weather dirtying the car the reply was “hopefully it doesn’t get dirty” When have you parked a car in the rain and snow and it doesn’t get dirty? Other than that experience was great.

The exact quote was "Hopefully it doesn't get excessively dirty. I will have to charge if I have to take it to the car wash to get it ready for the next renter." I had washed the car before your trip and had to wash it again after. The cleaning policy was clearly stated in the car listing and welcome message sent after booking. Thanks for reaffirming the car and rental experience was great...

Nice car, I think it's the best 4wd offer (price+comfort) in this area , good choice if you going to ski or drive by mountain. Good and easy communication with host.
