• Can I pick up/drop-off early/later?

  Yes! We will accommodate all possible requests before or during your trip, we understand sometimes the trip gets cut short or needs to be extended we just ask you modify your changes on your Turo App so we can approve with as much time in advance, so we can make any accommodations of our own, during peak season some times we are unable to accommodate extensions do due back to back rental please be advise.

• Do I need my Drivers License physically present at pick up?

  Of Course! We need to know who you are we must verify your reservation per Turo Guidelines no pictures or paper ids are accepted.

• Do I need to wash the car or vacuum it before I check out?

  We ask you return the car in the same condition you received it. Sometimes life gets in the way if you just can’t get to cleaning please add or request a $25 cleaning invoice we will be more then happy to take care of it ourselves, this does not cover any stains or upholstery that may need to be repair.
