Guidelines
Non-Smoking vehicle: Please avoid a bad experience. If smoking odor is detected after a trip, up to $150 in fees may apply. Cleanliness: We will deliver the vehicle in clean conditions. We expect to receive the vehicle as clean as we delivered it to you. If you do not have the time to clean, we recommend adding a Post-Cleaning package to your trip. A $20 cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned dirty and without a Post-Cleaning package. Fuel: We will deliver the vehicle full! We expect to receive the vehicle the same way. If you are in a rush and do not have time to fuel the vehicle, we recommend adding a Prepaid-fuel package to your trip. A rate of $4.50 per gallon will be charged if the vehicle is not full and without a Prepaid-fuel package.
