It was a seamless experience from start to finish. I had a minor issue with renting the car and Evan was more than accommodating. The car itself was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend renting from Evan and next time I am in Medford I will use his services again.
The lock box to get the key made the process very easy. The suv was parked right out front and was easy to find.
Christopher was a pleasure to work with & quick to respond to my questions. First time renting a Tesla so there was a bit of a learning curve but everything went smooth. Car was in like new condition, immaculately clean and everything worked flawlessly. Highly recommend this Tesla model Y. Super fun!
Joshua was great to work with. He was prompt and communicative and every detail went as planned. Luckily for me, he was also flexible when I realized that my pick-up date was wrong and he was able to add a day to my trip on the outbound. The car was spotless when we picked it up, and couldn't ask for an easier pickup with the car parked about 100ft from the airport exit.
Dropped the car off for us at Medford airport and unlocked it as soon as we arrived, everything was clean and full of gas.
