Your car will be given to you with full fuel for your convenience. You are more than welcome to bring it back at any fuel level and I will fill it up for you. Cleaning: Your car will be given to you super clean inside and out so please bring back the car relatively clean and tidy. Some general road dirt is of course to be expected but if the car becomes excessively dirty Turo will charge a fee. This also applies to any smoking violations. Mileage: You will have a total mileage allowance. Any miles over will be charged at this vehicles set per/mile fee. Alternatively you can select the Unlimited Mileage extra at checkout. Smoking & Pets: There is no smoking in the car. Any smell of smoke or sign if pets upon return of the car will result in a fee. We do this to ensure that our cars are kept in pristine condition and all guests have a perfect experience. Auto-pay for tolls: - For your convenience all of our cars are registered for automatic payment for the Central London Congestion Charge Zone. This means that you can drive through the zone without paying and I will be able to bill you through Turo after your trip ends. - All of our cars are ULEZ compliant (London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone) so there is no charge to pay. Our cars are also registered for automatic payment for the Dartford Crossing. This means that you can drive through the Dartford Crossing as many times as you wish without paying and I will be able to bill you through Turo after your trip ends. Car seat: There is an option of a car seat (15-36kg) or baby seat (0-25kg) to your trip. The car seat can also turn into just a booster seat. 2 of either seats can be provided if needed. Please note: this car is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. This includes vehicle location, mileage, driving behaviour, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery purposes.
