I booked a 2019 Black Grand Jeep Cherokee for almost a month to tour different Moroccan cities. Upon arrival; the car was 1 hour late and it was a 2018 white grand Jeep Cherokee instead. I had no options as I have lots of luggage - that’s why I booked such a large car - and have replanted trips and paid Airbnb homes in every city we planned to tour. I rushed putting my luggage and asked if the spare tyre is in good conditions and the answer was “yes of course” and it was my mistake believing them because the car was in the drive way so we had to move quickly. Few days into the trip, I decided to check the spare tyre after unloading the luggage and to my shock, it was ruptured with few big holes that makes it none usable. I had to buy and pay for another tyre just to ensure the safety of my family during the trip. I wrote a message to the company - thru Turo - about it immediately and not even an apology call was made. To be fair, after returning the car and leaving, they found some items for us left in the car and they called me and they came back to the airport to give them to me.
