Car quality was mediocre to what I had in mind for a Sante Fe Sport. I was very intrigued at the time of booking for the moonroof feature, only for it to malfunction and hurt me when opening for the first time. There were a few cosmetic issues with the car as well that we’re not seen through the pictures. I only needed the vehicle to attend a wedding and was hoping for something a little more spacious and accommodating than my car and it did not uphold the standards that I had in mind. Although the host was very understanding and cordial with the time adjustments, the car itself did not uphold to the standard that I needed. There were also issues with the gas gauge which led me to over fueling the vehicle upon my return, which is annoying. Other than that, I personally wouldn’t book this particular vehicle/listing again, but nice host.

Great experience, it was our first time using Turo, will do business with Serge again. He's very friendly and communication is great. The only thing that bugged me, was that we had to wait for him for 30 min when we arrived and 15 min when we dropped the car. But besides that everything else was good, the car was very comfortable and clean.
