Louis-Yves was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The car was fantastic! Was received clean and fully charged. He is also thoughtful to include a mobile charger and adapters for all different types of public charging stations, which was greatly appreciated. Also included in the car a portable tire inflator, showing his thoughtfulness for longer trips. The car was well maintained and had no issues. Everything in good working order. Very thankful for this great experience! Thank you Louis-Yves!
