How do I control the Tesla?
You will need to download the Tesla App and we will give you access to the vehicle. Basically, your mobile phone will be your new key! But still, we will provide an actual key card to access it manually should you prefer.
Where can I find a charging station?
In the multi-media screen, there's a button that will show you where all the nearest charging stations are (please note that supercharge stations attracts costs). Once you have chosen one, the navigation system will direct you to it. Instructions will be included in the on-boarding session. Please note that some shopping malls offer free charging stations.
How do I charge the electric car?
Upon pickup/delivery of the vehicle, we will give you a comprehensive instructions on how to charge the vehicle. We will also send you a link that will guide/remind you on how to charge it. Also, should you miss the charging station, as a last resort, ANY WALL PLUG would charge the vehicle as we are going to provide a mobile charger.
Can I play games, watch videos, play spotify using the screen provided?
You (and your kids) will definitely enjoy using the multi-media screen. It doesn't only have a built-in navigation system, you will also be always online (watch videos, play spotify) and you can always play some games with it.
