Gene was very professional and nice he had complimentary bottled water and a new c type charger that really helped with kids media distractions on the trip 8 hrs one way I was frantic planning this trip all other rental companies near me wanted my arm and half my leg but genes suburu was just what we needed and could afford for a 4 day trip along with being able to return it on a holiday when rental companies stuck u with extra days due to not being open the car ran great comfortable for 5 people only cost about 180 bucks for 1000 mile trip defiantly will use gene again in the future.

Everything is spotless and brand new in this vehicle! I had no issues whatsoever with the car or the rental process. Kerrigan was amazing and was very responsive & helpful throughout the whole trip!

Excellent host, great communication and seamless experience. The last time I used a car rental service like hertz or enterprise, I had to wait an hour. I was able to walk right off the plane and get the car immediately.

Leala was very accommodating! I came to Springfield for a last minute business trip, she was able to have the car ready on a few hours notice & allowed me to extend my trip two different times!

This suburban was excellent for our trip!!! It road smooth for my family on our trip to Galveston! It makes me want to purchase myself a suburban for myself in the future. Susan was very easy and nice to rent from! I would definitely rent this vehicle again. I loved that it had a phone holder mounted too. It came in very handy holding my phone for GPS!

Very last minute on our way to depart at the airport, contacted Joey about one of his vehicles, said that it wasn’t available but he would find us something. Great rental! Super simple pick up process from parking lot in front of the airport. The Jeep was exceptionally clean and spacious despite not being a full size SUV like a suburban. It was perfect for getting around the ozarks since it fits easy in tight parking spots and has a small turning radius. I would have had trouble parking in most places with a pickup or suburban etc. I would definitely rent again from Kerrigan. She does a great job.

This RR is my favorite when visiting family in Springfield. Dillyon and his wife are a pleasure to work with.

Great car!! So nice for our trip. And amazing hosts—went the extra mile to be sure everything was ready for our first trip to Springfield. Our flight was later than we expected and we even had another setback which caused us to return the car 2 hours later than originally planned but they were very understanding.

Dillyon’s Land Rover Evoque was the perfect SUV for my trip to Springfield to visit my son and grandson. The vehicle is in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically. It snowed the day we arrived so the factory all season mats were definitely a plus. The owners were very accommodating and made the pick-up and drop-off effortless. Elite D provided an excellent car (Subaru Outback). The car was clean and well maintained. He met us at the airport when our flight arrived. During our trip we had a family emergency and needed to extend our rental. Elite was quick to respond to our request and very accomodating. I will definitely rent from Elite again!

Great car! Great hosts! The car is kept in like-new condition and has a lot of very useful features. Driving feels like you’re in a brand new car. Handles great and is very comfortable on long road trips with more than enough space for 5 adults. Anytime I needed anything or just had a question Lisa responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Orval was communicative. Not flexible in regards to curbside request or time change request. Didn’t give any info ahead of time as to car location, so communication between flights traveling to get the car, was a bit challenging but overall car itself was great. Ran well and in good condition. Car very clean and good size and space. Would rent again.

This was my first Turo experience and Sid was a terrific host. His jeep was spotless and perfect for my short last minute business trip. No rental car bus, no lines, so fast and easy, and everything was exactly as described. I love this!

The experience was magnitudes simpler and faster than renting from the airport car rental agencies. Truly and push start and go experience. Simply walked out of the airport, easily located the vehicle using the aerial photo and parking location description, then I was on my way. Invaluable for a business trip. Truly a class act. The car is great, looks cool, has really cool tinted windows. Best value and first class hosts. Communicative, responsive. I even lost their key pouch that hold the key in the lockbox and they were totally cool about it. Do yourself a favor and rent from these guys.
