The vehicle is dated and shows it’s wear. We had a battery issue which was resolved within a couple hours. Gas tank wasn’t full when we picked it up and hadn’t been cleaned well. Sticky armrest in back seat. Ali was responsive though and airport pickup was great.

Ali and his co-host Ivan were awesome to rent from! The 2014 Chrysler Van was perfect for our family with the 7 seats and DVD player. Will def rent again when we bring the family into PHL.
