Please review the following guidelines and let me know if you have any questions. - Your rental vehicle will be provided fully detailed. Optional FREE carwash will be offered prior to your trip end. Smoking or vaping in the car will result in a $150 cleaning fee, please do not smoke or vape in my cars. Also, please no fragrant car deodorizers of any sort or I must charge to get the smell out. - The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of gas. Please return with the same level of gas. - Return the vehicle at or before your trip's end time. If you need an extension please request it through the app to avoid any additional charges. You will be assessed a fee for late returns. Early returns can be requested on the app as well. To request an extension or earlier return, click details then click modify trip. - If you receive any traffic or parking tickets during your trip, please pay them immediately or let me know. You will receive an invoice after your trip for toll fees incurred during your trip. - I ask that you respect the vehicle and road laws while driving the vehicle. All vehicles are equipped with monitoring devices, and any racing/reckless speeding/tracking/burnouts will result in an immediate end of the trip without any sort of refund. You will be held financially responsible for any excessive wear and tear that results from these actions. Please be safe and have a great drive! • Can I have pets in the car?

  Sorry no pets are allowed in the car. We may charge you up to $250 for detail and cleaning services.

• Is smoking permitted in the car?

  No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge up to $250 for detail and cleaning services.

• Do you offer car seats or any other amenities?

  We have these amenities. Please ask for further details when booking the car. We will try our best to accommodate any requests within Turo's policy. - Infant / Toddler car seat - Portable DVD Player - GPS

• GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?

  The GPS is not a built in GPS, GPS are rented separately just as you would do on a baby seat.

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Cleaning the car is not necessary. However please do not have any food, animal hair, and mud in the car.

• Will car come activated with toll pass?

  Car will come equipped with toll pass that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.

• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

  Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 91 octane unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy.
