Plenty of space for passengers and with the seats folding into the floor it can haul almost anything. Outfitted with Alloy rims from the factory and AWD so you have nothing to worry in the snow or rain. 🚘 - UNLIMITED MILES! 🐎 - 3.5L V6 🧭 - Keyless entry 🧼 - Cleaned and sanitized interior ⛽️ - Full tank of gas before every trip 🚪 - Dual Automatic sliding doors 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘂𝗽: Once your trip is booked, there is no further action needed from your part. Your host is working hard to plan your trip and arrange the car. You must have your physical drivers licenses present. No photocopies, phone pictures, or secondary drivers. 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗳𝗳: You must return the car before your scheduled time clean, and at the same fuel level. If you return the car after the scheduled time without making the proper changes within the Turo app or letting your host know, you will be responsible for late fees if you interrupt the next guest's trip. Airport: Your vehicle will be parked at one of our approved garages that will be conveniently accessible by shuttle from the airport. As we use several lots, we will message you an hour before your reservation begins with the exact location as well as detailed instructions to secure the correct shuttle to the garage. Thank you for booking, your trip is confirmed and there is nothing else needed from you at this time. Please check your Turo messages regularly as I will be preparing your trip and planning pickup/dropoff for you. I will contact you to explain how to find and get to your pickup location as well as instructions on how to find the vehicle and unlock it. Our rentals allow for seamless remote access so that whenever you arrive or leave, the vehicle is there for you! Easy pickup and return options at airport parking lot are available. Things to keep in mind: Damages: If any cosmetic/mechanical damages occur please contact me before your trip ends to arrange these repairs to minimize cost for both of us. The car will be fully documented and photographed and you will be responsible for damages as a result of your trip. Tolls: You will get to use my discounted EZ rates while using the vehicle, which you reimburse within the Turo app after your trip. Parking Tickets/Violations: There will be a $250 processing fee for any unpaid parking tickets or violations if not paid promptly without my intervention needed. Make sure you pay for parking everywhere you go! Cleanliness: The car is expected to be returned in the same condition given, please get the car detailed if needed to avoid any cleaning fees. Smoking/Pets: There are other families and children that also like to enjoy these cars, please no smoking/pets. Smoking smells will incur a $250 cleaning fee will apply. Return: The car will need to be returned promptly at the scheduled time, if any delays occur please goto your trip details and request a change or additional late fees will apply. Please return the car with same level gas/charge when given. Regular unleaded is fine. All of our guest have an amazing time and make endless memories without endangering anyones lives or property. We want you to have the best experience possible but with that being said please no reckless driving, burnouts, peeling, donuts, drifting, or racing. Vehicle is tracked and logged, charges will be pressed for all damages from reckless driving and dangerous behavior. Please do not drive the car as if its a "Race Car" - NO Aggressive shifting, or beating on the transmission If the car breaks down and the drivers log show that you were driving aggressively, you will be responsible for ALL damages that arise as a result of your trip. I recently rented a vehicle from this Ben's Auto Rentals and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was fairly smooth. There were a couple of hiccups but, the listed contact person, Trisha, was extremely helpful in ensuring that any issues that arose during the rental period were resolved quickly and efficiently. I was initially provided with the wrong code for the lockbox that housed the keys to the vehicle. I contacted Trisha and she answered very promptly. Unfortunately, after searching the vehicle thoroughly, I realized that the ticket to exit the garage where the vehicle was parked was nowhere to be found. I had to locate a garage attendant, explain the situation, and pay the full fee for a missing ticket. Trisha guaranteed that the fee would be fully reimbursed by the owner. I also encountered a maintenance light that came on midway through my trip. I was very concerned as the vehicle rental included unlimited miles, and I had already put approximately five thousand miles into the vehicle, and had more to go. Trisha assured me that it would be safe to continue using the vehicle. Aside from the maintenance light, the car was in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained, which made my driving experience enjoyable and stress-free. In addition, the rental process was straightforward and easy, with no hidden fees or surprises. What really stood out to me, though, was Trisha's level of customer service. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my rental experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this auto rental to anyone in need of a reliable car rental service. With fantastic customer service, and a commitment to resolving any issues that may arise, this rental company is a true gem. Five stars all around!
