Also comes with a DVD system with a big screen that plays movie or music video. Plenty of room in the trunk. Backup camera. Parking sensor. Meticulously maintained, cleaned, disinfected and filled up with gas after each trip. This vehicle is perfect for the family and group business. For home locations, pickup and return are available 24/7 except on blocked days/times. For delivery locations, drop-off and pickup are provided Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm only. Please Be Respectful Of My Vehicle and Treat it As If It was Your Own. 1. Car will be given clean and disinfected, please drive responsibly and make sure to return the car in the same condition. If you return the car in a condition that could have only resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior, we may charge you a violation fee of $150 plus an additional 3% processing fee. In some circumstances and at Turo's full discretion, they may also remove you from Turo. 2. NO smoking of any kind in the vehicle. Neither you nor your passengers may smoke. If there were any smoking evidence at the time of check-out, this includes but is not limited to: smoke odor, cigarette ashes, cigarette butt etc, we’ll charge you a $250* violation fee plus an additional 3% processing fee and remove you from Turo. 3. NO pets in the vehicle. We’ll charge you a pet cleaning fee of $150. Turo will charge an additional 3% processing fee. 4. The car is pre-filled with full tank gas prior to each trip so please return it with FULL TANK gas as well as a receipt. $10 gas replacement convenience fee in addition to the gas fill-up cost will be added to your payment for not refueling or not refueling to full level. Alternatively, purchase “Prepaid Fuel” to return my vehicles at any level of gas. 5. Driver must agree to show valid license. 6. TOLL FEE and TICKET Please disclose any toll usage and ticket and make sure to pay for it to avoid any extra fee when I received the bill . I will review my account following the rental period and will request reimbursement through Turo up to 90 days from the day you returned the vehicle. 7. ACCIDENTS Please disclose any damages or accidents during your trip and we can work out directly to avoid any extra processing fee if I filed with Turo. 8. MILAGE There is a $200 miles per day limit. If you exceed the mileage limit included in your trip, you will pay an additional distance fee set by Turo for each added mile driven. 9. LATE RETURN Please return my vehicle exact time on your booking. If you return a vehicle 2 hours or more past the trip’s scheduled end time, you will be charged a $20 fee, in addition to the cost of your additional use of the vehicle. 10. Delivery and Drop off at the San Diego International Airport. For our convenience, we’ll do 100% contactless delivery and return so that it’ll save us a lot of waiting time. The vehicle will be delivered to the airport parking lot right before your trip booking time so it will be ready for you when you arrive. After I delivered the vehicle, YOU’ll be responsible for any parking fee to exit the parking lot and I’ll be responsible for the parking fee when I picked it up after you returned the vehicle.
Trip Extension
If you are unable to return the car as the scheduled date and time, you must submit a trip extension request before the trip starts or while it’s in progress to avoid late return fee. Please follow these instructions: 1. Log onto turo.com or the Turo app to open your Trips tab. 2. Tap “Booked” to select the trip you’d like to change. 3. Select the Details tab. 4. If your trip is in progress, select the “Modify trip” button. From the menu of options, select "Dates and Location" If your trip has ended, select the “Extend trip” button. 5. Enter your new end time and write a message to your host. 6. Submit your request. We will immediately approve your change request if there is no conflict with next upcoming booking.

John was great to work with, his van was very nice and accommodated my family of 7 adults very comfortably. The van drove nice and smooth all week. Great on gas as well which was nice when you have to pay California prices.
