Very convenient aswell as reliable. My family and I were able to get around town without any hassles. Nice clean and family friendly. The children were entertained with the rear entertainment center as we enjoyed the scenery.

Owner parked van well over an hour earlier than agreed causing me excessive parking charges.These charges arent disclosed until AFTER you pay for booking van.Van was filthy inside&out.Thick layer of dust & white film all over dashboard, doors, seats, windows& windshield was equally filthy w/dirt & grime (inside & outside). No way vehicle was sanitized before my trip. You cant sanitize dirt/dust. Poor maintenance on Owner’s part required me to clean vehicle at pickup AND dropoff. The vehicle itself drove pretty rough. The check engine light illuminated during my trip. After trip, the owner sent me an invoice for cleaning&parking charges which I disputed with before/after pics & Turo dropped the invoice when owner escalated dispute. Van owner is a scam artist & a headache. Turo provided EXCELLENT customer svc! I rented before this & I will rent again.

Very terrible service from this host vehicle was damaged. The vehicles description doesn’t show the actually vehicle fully the drivers door is super rusted with a huge dent , also the license plate on the vehicle doesn’t match the description given upon purchase. When I got this vehicle 4miles into the drive I smelled burning and an officer flagged me down I pull over and find the passengers rear rotor on fire!!! I contacted the host immediately, with no response for 5hrs!! I was corresponding with the turo team but it wasn’t much they could offer without contact with the host first , they also couldn’t get in contact , I would rate this host zero stars honestly if that was an option.
