The vehicle was decent but I will not lie about the overall experience. First off I got to the place to pick up my vehicle a tad early. I did not think that would be a big deal but the guy who worked for the place gave me and issue about that. So when he finally arrives he asks for my driver's license and I give it to him. When he comes back out with my drivers license he explains to be that I wouldn't be able to book with him more than two days because my license was about to expire. Not once did I ask him for that information because I was only renting for one day and I already have my new driver's license coming in the mail. Then he decides to wait in the car washing line to have the vehicle washed. The only big issue with that is I booked the ride for 8A.M in which I expected to be doing what I needed to do at 8 A.M. He did explain to be that it was booked late and they didn't have time to clean the vehicle but if that was the case he should have not let me book with them. Turo had a strict policy about showing up on time and I expect the same coming from the people who are letting people drive there vehicles. I have no had an issue with Turo before but Michael needs to have a wayyy better attitude.

Great van great service Michael and his team was so understanding of my situation I truly appreciated that. The van was super clean and the ride was smooth the van is in great conditions. The pick up and drop off was great no complaints. I will definitely recommend to rent this van and with Michael and his team period.
