I am so glad I was able to access this rental. My family and I (7 children) were desperate to get a reprieve, especially with the rise in fire season and distance learning. We decided to do a last minute trip to Texas and contacted Micheal and his wife about the rental. They were so supportive in my efforts to get my kids to a better space for a while (3 week trip). They made it possible by making the rental affordable and we were super grateful! The van was clean and dependable - ran great. Also, the couples communication was spot on. Any questions I asked were promptly responded to. I would highly recommend renting through through Micheal and his wife.

My family and I had planned a trip to Universal Studios 2 months ago and other attractions but due to Covid 19 (CoronaVirus) everything was cancelled. Unfortunately, the condo that I booked through Booking.com refuse to give a refund or change our dates. 😩 My boyfriend and I decided to go to LA and my kids (teenagers) did their own thing. I was going to cancel my rental with Michael and get a smaller vehicle but because of his awesome customer service I decided to stick with his awesome minivan. This was my first time ever renting through Turo and Michael made the experience very pleasant. I see why he have a 5 star review. Awesome service and communication.
