If you are selecting airport pickup and delivery please read these details completly, a lot has changed at the san diego international airport. Terminal 1 parking lot is now closed for repairs till 2024, if you are flying in on southwest, frontier, spirit or sun country you will be picking up and returning the vehicle in the terminal 2 parking lot. which is a short walk from terminal 1 they are next to eachother. Any other airline will remain terminal 2. unfortunelty that will create little to no parking at the terminal 2 parking structure so to make sure you have a vehicle waiting for you in the parking lot the day in and out we will need you to reserve parking for both days at $21 a day (total 42 both days) if you book in advance over 10 days before you trip once your rental is booked i will direct you to website san.org/parking for terminal 2 to make reservations for parking the day you fly in and the day you fly out. please do not reserve the parking until i advise you of the dates and times to reserve. The parking is seperate from the delivery fee, the delivery fee is for us to deliver the van to the airport parking lot and for us to retrieve the vehicle from the airport parking lot to our location in bonita. if you wish to save money from the delivery fee and parking lot fees you have the option for pickup at my location. i am 12miles southeast of the airport about a $26 uber rider 3 or less persons and $56 uber ride up to 6 persons. (prices change depending on demand). if traveling in large groups i recommend primary person come pickup the van at my location and you can then drive back for your family at the airport curbside which is easy. but of course the easiest route is having the vehicle waiting for you in the terminal lot. nobody offeres that service not even the rental car companies where you have to wait for a shuttle to the office then wait in line for your rental. If you select airport delivery and pickup we only offer self check-in and out at the terminal parking lot you are flying in on. we will need flight details airline name, flight number and times to deliver the vehicle to the correct terminal lot as close to your arrival time as possible. The terminal lot does have a small fee to exit. once parked first 30min $2.50 and max $34 for the day. The terminal parking lot fee to exit is not part of the airport delivery fee. Depending on your arrival time we may need to drop off the vehicle earlier but never late, be prepared to pay max $34 to exit. Delivery fee is set because of our low rental prices and airport fee is to have the vehicle waiting for you in the parking lot. very convenient and worth the price. you walk out the airport and vehicle is waiting for you in the lot. no long rental shuttle lines, no long rental kiosk lines , no uber or taxi lines and transportation. nobody else offers this service and is so worth it. we offer self check in which is easy. we will text you photos and instructions of the exact location of the vehicle, once you have located it in the lot we then need you to text us a photo of your driver license next to your face to verify identity and a photo of the van for key instructions and your all set to check in on the app. NO Smoking , no pets especially cats due to allergies. you will be charged turos cleaning fee if comes back with signs of smoking, pets, stains spills anything other then a basic carwash and vacuum. no long distance travel over 100 miles away we are not responsible for any costs due to mechanical breakdown failure or accidents and getting vehicle back to us if you leave more then 100 miles beyond pickup. Vehicles are for local San Diego use only. please respect our vehicles and return in the same condition received to help pass on the savings to the next guest. This vehicle DOES NOT come with toll express pass please be aware of toll roads / expressways or you will be charged toll fees and any fees that the toll company applies of $60 on up for every time you enter or exit a toll. when you send over booking request please include flight details, the purpose of your trip, where you will be traveling too and number of passengers adults children. thank you
