Key fob had issues, prob just the batteries! Other than that it was great.

We have rented this van two separate times for our family of 6 and it was great both times. Easy to get to and from the airport and Hongshan is kind!

The host was great. Communicated very well with everything. The pickup and dropoff locations were very smooth and easy for us and our 2 basketball teams to do. Would definitely use him again.

We arrived a few minutes early and was promptly informed that the van we rented had a dead battery. I appreciated the communication. The van we accepted was decent. I understand the frustration the there were some mechanical problems. We didn't have any other choices and appreciated having an option. This van was quickly delivered to us. The van was Ok and definitely wasn't prepped for use from a renter. The van didn't dry smoothly, was a rough ride, needed an alignment and a thorough cleaning.
