The van worked great for my all-day trip to NorCal to pick up my nephew from college. Mikhail responded quickly to any questions I had, so I appreciated that very much
My only issue was that although asked to wash the van after my trip, I did not receive the vehicle in neat condition. There were crumbs on the floor and seats, sticky cup holders and I even found an onion underneath the passenger seat probably from a previous client. I managed to clean and vacuum the interior including some stains to the walls I noticed to still turn in the car in better condition than it was given and cleaned any mess on the exterior from the trip.
I also noticed some scratches on the front bumper before leaving (and around the car) that are noticeable in the photos I took before leaving with the vehicle. However a claim was filed that I had caused that damage, so I recommend taking extra close photos of everything before leaving with it. Other than that, the vehicle performed great.

The car is well kept and the host is nice and friendly. The tank was half empty upon pick up, but the host told us to just return it with the same level fuel.
