Please verify your pickup and drop off times are correct!!! There is only 30 minutes grace before cancellation or late fee is assessed. I don’t run a full time rental service so a physical hand off of the vehicle’s keys must take place. ANY AND ALL EARLY/LATE PICKUPS OR DROP OFFS MUST BE MODIFIED IN TURO APP!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Please return the vehicle clean and full of gas. Well trained pets ok only! All trips booked with pet must be also be booked with pet fee extra. No exceptions! Strict no smoking policy! No smoking in or around the car. Subject to $250 cleaning fee if broken. If using van for beach trip you must vacuum van before return or a cleaning fee will be assessed for removal of beach sand ($150). NO EATING OR DRINKING INSIDE VEHICLE!!! Week+ rides are fine just run the vehicle pass the car wash to be cleaned inside and out. Thanks for understanding! Enjoy :)
