Located right off 152 & 29 freeways. Very clean, well maintained vehicle. We own an automotive repair/detail shop. Anything that needs to be done to this vehicle will be done correctly and promptly. Our family has been in the automotive industry since 1986. **If dropping off vehicle at airport, guest will be responsible for parking charges** **Any parking violations, toll charges, transponder ID/keys, traffic violations, tow charges, loss of key lock box, any repairs due to neglect, will be charged to the customer/ guest** No smoking allowed. A clean and premium family vehicle. Extremely comfortable for long trips. Would def recommend and use again!

The van worked as advertised and was clean enough. I enjoyed driving it. However, the experience overall was quite disappointing as I was told one thing when I could pick it up/ drop off but was told something totally different the day of pick up. When I showed screen shots of what I was originally told, there was no apologies of any kind of mistake on their behalf of creating an awful misunderstanding. Thankfully, Turo was apologetic after investigating the situation and offered me a partial refund. I would probably try Turo again, but sadly won’t be renting from Tanner again.

You are the one that sets the pick up time and drop off time. We supply the van in that timeframe. If you wanna keep it longer or pick it up earlier, you need to pay for it. If you can’t figure that out rent somewhere else.

Tanner was excellent to work with and very flexible with us! This van is very clean and comfortable and our family of 6 traveled from Kansas City to Dauphin Island Alabama with no problems at all! Will definitely book again for the next trip!

Great vehicle. Enjoyed the van on our family trip. It ran well and didn’t break down. However, after 1000 miles you’re charged additional. That’s fine by me, although the pick up was already 20 miles away from my house. That’s it and the break down of the additional mileage used wasn’t set to me, just the billed amount. But like I said, it was a great van to use. Thank you!
