Aloha, Chris & Cassie 🌺 🌺PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ🌺 ❗️ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING AND DRIVING ❗️NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ❗️NO PETS ❗️NO OFF ROADING(Turo prohibits driving on unpaved roads), and we don't allow our vehicles in these areas: --Back side of Hana "Kipahulu" past Ohe'o Gulch --Top of Polipoli --Jaws (Peahi) --Back side of West Maui mountain (Kahekili Hwy 340) ☆Note that if you need help, get stuck or get a flat, it is very expensive, hard to get to, and may take long if you need a tow truck.☆ ▪️NEVER leave the key in/anywhere near the vehicle when you aren't with it. Even if the key is well hidden, anyone can start it and drive off! There is NO safe place in or around the vehicle to put the key. ▪️PLEASE DO NOT LOSE, DAMAGE, or WET KEY FOB. $150-500 for replacement ▪️TICKETS - Guests on file are responsible for all and any parking or traffic tickets/fees, etc. received during your trip. We ask that you take care and respect our vehicle as if it's your own or borrowing a friends car. YOUR CAR WILL BE CLEAN WHEN DELIVERED. PLEASE RETURN VEHICLE THE SAME WAY YOU RECEIVED IT AND OR MODERATELY CLEAN WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS UNLESS YOU PURCHASED PREPAID GAS. ▪️Dust off/wash off as much sand/dirt/mud as you can before you enter the car. ▪️PLEASE If you're [wet or covered in sunblock, etc], please cover the seats with a towel. 🌺 HANDLING OF VEHICLE 🌺 1) IMPORTANT, PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, please let us know your arrival time info. Also, if there are any changes/delay the day of your flight. **(If booking for pickup for Kahului Harbor -Cruise Ship, do let us know)** 2) Message us once you've landed/deplaning AND AGAIN when you have collected all your bags. (This is to alert us, in case we're with another guest) 3) I'll pick you up with your vehicle at the "RIDE SHARE" pick-up location. Please walk down to the end of the Ride Share area and wait there. We'll take you to our parking lot (about 3-5 mins away from the airport). We'll check you in before handing the keys. You may call or text us at 18082838544 for any questions. Otherwise, please message us through the site/app. 🌺RETURNING VEHICLE 🌺 ▪️IMPORTANT: PLEASE inform us what time we're going to meet, esp. if we need to meet earlier or simply confirm that your reservation end time is your return time. ▪️All cars were delivered clean with a full tank of gas. Please return the vehicle moderately clean with a full tank (unless you purchased prepaid). ▪️We will meet back at the lot then take you to the airport to departure curb/Harbor. Located @ GJ MAUI 175 Lauo Lp, Kahului, HI 96732 (Next to Costco Gas Station, drive around the loop. Look for the RED BANNER on the gate)
