Amazing van. Super great communication with host. It's not new but runs great. AC was super cool. You want a van like this because it looks like a local car. Nobody will mess with it and you will blend in more when you go to local beaches or wherever. All issues in previous review were fixed. Great value and we would definitely recommend.

The car was really nice and clean to drive with! There were no issues that affected our drive. We did notice the car had 20% oil life, but it didn’t affect how smooth the drives were, so we had no issues. Good on gravel or dirt too. The hosts were very kind and answered all my questions timely, and checked in frequently.

The car was not in shape to rent. Turning the wheel left made a loud, crunching noise. The outside was dirty which is no problem at all but the inside had snack bars and empty water bottles in it and was not cleaned. We come to Maui every year and never rent a luxury vehicle, we just need something functional for our family. However, there’s absolutely no way I was taking this on the road to Hana or to the Halekala summit. I did let the owners know about my concerns ahead of the review.

The case just changed all the suspension for the car, as well as brakes, rotors and tire. The car went to alignment. The sound coming from the fender liner. The fender liner is on order. So there shouldn't be an issue going to Hana or Haleakala.
