RE-FUELING Please leave all gas receipts inside the car! If you don't have time to re-fuel the vehicle when you return it, No problem, we'll take care of it. Please note that we do charge a $10.00 re-fueling fee on top of the cost of fuel. TEXAS TOLLS Tolls are NOT included. ALL tolls related to your trip will be charged as an incidental once we receive the invoice from toll company. There will be an additional $5.00 administration fee. SMOKING Smoking of ANY KIND inside the car or near by is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED (Please read Turo's policies for up to $250.00 additional in fees). PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CAR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENTAL EXTENSIONS If you need any additional time during your rental, please send us a message as there will be an hourly charge for the added time. You may also be able to extend your rental prior to the scheduled return time ... extensions are at our discretion, but we will accommodate you if we can. CLEANING The vehicle will be fully cleaned and sanitized when we deliver it to you. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g. sand, stains, or spills), there will be a cleaning charge of $40.00. (Please be mindful and courteous of what you eat and drink in the vehicle to avoid unnecessary cleaning costs and difficult smell/stain removal). As courtesy to others, kindly return it in the same clean condition that you received it.

  Are tolls included with the Toll Tag? No, guests are responsible for all tolls incurred during trip. The toll tag is only a means of payment as the majority of tolls in the DFW area are electronic and cannot be paid in cash. This applies also to DFW Airport Tolls/Parking charges. If you pick up or drop off the vehicle at any DFW airport terminal the airport tolls/parking fees will apply and will be billed via the TURO app. We offer delivery at the DFW Rental car center where you will avoid the airport toll and will take a free DFW Rental Car Shuttle from your terminal. **For this option there is a STRICT 2 HR parking LIMIT - towing INFORCED. You will have to communicate the EXACT time of arrival with your host prior to your arrival. Otherwise we will not allow this option and will have to pick up your rental at the designated terminal parking where airport tolls/parking fees apply.**
