The shuttle will drop you off at the car’s exact spot in the large lot. You'll receive a message with the car's parking spot number and other helpful details the day your reservation begins. Guests are responsible for the nominal parking fee (typically $10 - $20) upon exiting the airport lot.

General Guidelines: Out of respect for the experience of other renters, please do not allow pets inside the car during your trip. Please return the car with the amount of fuel you received. If not, per Turo policy, the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10* convenience fee will apply. Please do not let fuel level fall below 10 miles of range to avoid vehicle towing fees. Please do not lose your key. If lost, a replacement fee will be incurred. Smoking is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees and account restrictions. Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur an additional cleaning fee. Toll fees are NOT included.

The car was great and the company very professional. But I arrived at night and pickup was in the back corner of a dark parking lot. It was inconvenient and made me uncomfortable from a safety perspective. Not really a DFW pickup-it’s 10 min off site using either an Uber or a shuttle.

Unfortunately, new airport restrictions prohibit us from offering check-in/check-out from airport owned parking areas. Very comfortable and smooth car. Aura was great with communication and very flexible. 7 of us on the trip and everyone was able to stay safe and together thanks to their vehicle.
