Once you upload photos I'll provide you exact location of vehicle. 3) once you find vehicle at decided location please upload third and last photo selfie with the vehicle at your back ground. Parking @ Airports * At the exit of parking garage you have to use parking ticket and pay parking fee which will be under $20. * If parking fee is more than $20, additional paid parking will be refunded back to you.

This was my first Turo experience and it went very well. Van was great! Pickup and dropoff were easy but be prepared for a small fee. THT was very responsive and provided great instructions. Saved $$$s and definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed this vehicle. The vehicle was very clean when I picked it up. It was very spacious and the seats went down so it made it easier to load/unload our luggage. The price to fill up on gas did not burn a hole in our pockets but the gas tank is of medium size so we did fill up a few times. The one and only complaint I would have about this vehicle would be that it would shake a little while driving. Other than that I would definitely take it out for another spin!

The issue has already been addressed and it would be better if you had communicated with us during your rental that we could resolve it with the help of our experts.

Easy to communication. Only thing that I wish I knew earlier was that the car is parked at EcoPark. You will be charged ~$20 at lot. When you get on shuttle, the bus driver will ask you for a voucher which you won’t have so be sure to tell the driver the row and section and say you lost your voucher.

Mr. Louis, Thank you so much for your feed back. Seems like you did not get the chance to see the guidelines which describes every single details and the reasoning of it. Plus the parking fee is $7 which can be up to $20 and our company refunds overage paid parking fee. You don’t need any voucher to show, all you need is the parking spot location number.

This was my first time renting with Turo and I was very pleased with the experience. The car was delivered to my home as an option due to the driver being delayed at the airport. When the vehicle arrived it was clean, filled up and ready to go. I had no issues during our quick turn around trip out of town. The staff was very clear with communication and instructions on how to close out the rental; I received rapid responses when sending messages via the Turo app and I appreciate that. I will consider this vendor again. Thanks!
