Please be understanding of this when renting. ⏰ Late Returns - We provide a 30-minute grace period for returning the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after this time, it will be classified as late. If you anticipate needing the vehicle for a longer duration, please modify your reservation through the Turo app to avoid any late fees. 📏 Mileage Limits - Please adhere to the mileage limit stated in your booking. Overage charges will apply for exceeding the limit. 🔧 Accident & Damage Reporting - Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. Must also file a claim on Turo 🚦 Toll & Traffic Violations - Guests are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during the rental period.

We followed all of the instructions to take the shuttle from LAX and while on our way to the aviation connection got notified that the shuttle wasn’t available to pick us up to take us to the car location. I messaged the host and they promptly arranged for an Uber to pick us up, so no time was lost. I appreciated their quick accommodations. Pick up went smoothly. The car was not the cleanest inside, but it got us where we needed to be and we overall had a great trip.
