This was my first TURO experience as we were looking for a vehicle (on a busy holiday weekend) big enough to facilitate our family vacation (two adults, 4 toddlers, 3 luggages, 1 cooler, a double stroller and a few backpacks).
MF was very accommodating for my car rental situation when my initial rental had a problem.
The vehicle was great- exactly as described. Yvonne’s communication was great, too, and she was very accommodating.
The van rode fine. We were all comfortable. My only issue was that when I picked the vehicle up the gas was on E. That wasn't expected.
She even has a Blu-ray/ DVD player installed with tons of movies for the trip.
Took it for a long road trip (~800 miles) and it was comfortable, reliable and it drove great.

Kemel’s van was perfect! Plenty of space for 5 of us with all of our luggage. Comfy seats, Bluetooth music connection and good gas mileage. Pickup and drop off was a breeze, and he was very accommodating with the drop off being a bit later than expected. Renting with him anytime I go to Chicago for sure!!!

He was an amazing host my only issue is on the page it states it an 8 seater and it is missing the middle chair besides that it runs great and is great for a family outing he was easy to communicate with and very understanding I would definitely recommend this vehicle
